GRADUATE-LABORATORY EXPERIENCE

OPTO-ELECTRONICS
FIRST
SEMESTER LABORATORY
First
Semester Laboratory is intended to cover classical optics and linear
propagation problems with hands on experience in laboratory modules
designed around existing research laboratories. Students will learn
basic laboratory skills in addition to being exposed to state of
the art concepts and research topics.
SECOND
SEMESTER LABORATORY
The
second semester lab is more advanced and covers modern research
topics and instrumentation. In this semester we expect the students
to experience advanced physics concepts requiring a good understanding
of quantum mechanics applied to optoelectronic devices.
