The poster sessions will take place on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evening after the evening talks. To submit a poster, email a descriptive title and the list of authors to the conference vice chair by July 13.
The title should describe the content sufficiently clearly for the vice-chair to decide if the poster is acceptable and in which session to schedule it. More than one poster can be submitted by a group or an individual researcher.
Poster boards are typically 4x4 feet which, in SI units, is about 1.2x1.2 meters. The exact size may vary but we try to accommodate every wish. Pins and/or sticking material will be available.
Please DO NOT send your poster information to the GRC headquarters or attach it to your registration. This will NOT be forwarded to the vice-chair!
