Rick Lytel

Research interests: Dr. Lytel develops and applies physics-based technologies to computers, networks, and biological systems. These include optical and cooling hardware for computers, algorithms based on properties of random networks for software tools, nonlinear optical materials and devices for switches, and dynamical state space models for predicting computer and biological system failures.
